Yes, we specialize in fully customizable carts. You can choose the color, branding/logo, cart layout, storage compartments, refrigeration system, lighting, and more. Just let us know your requirements, and we will provide 3D design mockups before production.
Yes. Based on your operational needs, we can integrate additional features such as:
- Refrigeration or freezer units
- Water systems (For simple cleaning tasks)
- Cash drawer or POS system space
- Umbrella or canopy system
Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer sea freight (LCL or FCL) combined with last-mile door-to-door delivery by truck (DDP/DDU), depending on your destination.
Shipping cost depends on your location, the size and weight of the cart, and current freight rates. Since rates fluctuate, we calculate the cost individually for each order. Please contact us with your full address for an accurate shipping quote.
Our products are securely packed using wooden crates or reinforced export-safe packaging to ensure they arrive safely, even after long-distance transportation.
We offer assistance with customs documentation. For many countries, we can arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning we handle the customs clearance for you. If DDP is not available for your location, we’ll guide you through the clearance process.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank wire transfer (T/T)
- PayPal
A 50% deposit is required to start production, with the balance due before shipment. For larger orders or special requests, we may offer flexible terms.
Standard carts: 15–17 business days
Custom carts (with special features): 20–25 business days
Please note that delivery lead times may be extended prior to major holidays due to high demand.
Yes. All of our products come with a 1-year warranty covering the structure, refrigeration system, and key components (under normal use). We offer free parts replacement and technical guidance during the warranty period.
